UnDiscovered Time is a multifaceted business designed to encompass businesses of similar interests. Currently, we are developing a new winery concept that pairs a tasting room with a variety of hard to find varietals. The basic concept is to educate the customer on the different wines that are available, pairing them with select cuisines, and ultimately getting the customer to enjoy their purchase.
